RW Marketing hosted the April General meeting for Les Toques Blanches at our office. Following the meeting, attendees enjoyed a captivating Gin and Tonic Masterclass session led by Longrays and Burly Gin. The paired Gin and Tonic masterclass was complemented by a selection of fine cheeses from That’s Amore, premium salami and smallgoods from The Meatroom, and delectable antipasto from Ausfresh.

Les Toques Blanches, an esteemed Australian Association of Professional Cooks, comprises individuals holding senior positions in the commercial cookery industry such as Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef. Based primarily in Victoria, the association is dedicated to fostering fellowship, professionalism, and industry standards through various activities including functions, competitions, dinners, excursions, and workshops.

At its core, Les Toques Blanches serves as a platform for networking, advocating industry standards, and facilitating professional development through ongoing training initiatives.
