RW Marketing has rebranded ADMC Print, subsequently creating a new strategy to overcome the company’s challenges; this included determining a new, more focussed target audience and creating new customer engagement strategies. We also proceeded with ADMC Print’s marketing activities and communication campaigns such as EDMs and social media. Overall, we’ve managed the ADMC Print brand in the space of customer and client engagement.

By separating itself from its parent café business, The Maling Room, the Symmetry brand is able to appeal to its client cafés. It also leaves room for an expansive brand line extension, allowing Symmetry to produce a large range of roasted coffees under a single name.
Today, ADMC Print continues to successfully engage a new target segment previously unaccounted for by the business.
