Celebrating Culinary Talent: RW Marketing at the 2025 LTB Award of Excellence

On April 9th, 2025, the culinary world gathered at Le Cordon Bleu / Holmesglen for the much-anticipated LTB Award of Excellence. The morning kicked off with an intense competition where 16 rising chefs showcased their talent, creativity, and precision under pressure. From intricate plating to bold flavour combinations, the energy in the kitchen was electric.

RW Marketing was on-site to capture every moment of the competition, documenting the chefs in action as they poured their hearts into each dish. These visuals now serve as a vibrant reflection of the passion that defines Australia’s future culinary leaders.

An Evening of Recognition at the Sofitel Melbourne

That same evening, the celebrations continued at the Sofitel Melbourne No.35, where over 70 guests filled the room beyond capacity for the award ceremony. The atmosphere was one of pride, camaraderie, and well-earned celebration.

RW Marketing was once again present to cover the entire event, from red carpet arrivals to the emotional announcements of the winners. The team captured candid moments, applause, speeches, and joyful reactions—preserving the energy of the night through stunning photography and video content.

Honouring Excellence in Culinary Arts

The prestigious LTB Award of Excellence 2025 was awarded to Isabel Nicole Aguas (Koi), recognized for her exceptional skill and dedication to the culinary craft. The award represents not only personal achievement but also future opportunity—last year’s winner, Alfred Barretto, returned to speak about his transformative culinary-education trip to Italy, made possible by the award.

The competition was a celebration of growth, mentorship, and culinary excellence—values at the core of the Les Toques Blanches (LTB) Club, which continues to foster emerging talent in Australia’s hospitality sector.
