Citi-Con is a construction and property developer based in Melbourne. The company was established in 2010 by Ivan Krizmanic and Brendon Smith.

Citi-Con came to us with a vision of becoming a known property developer in Melbourne. Together, we developed the ideal corporate identity, and subsequently logo. These elements would define the Citi-Con brand as it grew and developed further.
We also produced a variety of marketing tools for Citi-Con ranging from marketing collateral to communicative tools such as business cards and letterheads. All these elements were in line with a comprehensive marketing strategy produced with our expertise.
A brand is the face of the business. It needs to communicate the elements that matter to the business, including any missions, visions and personality designed by the business owners.
The brand is then supplemented by and communicated through a variety of channels that would raise awareness among potential clients.
Citi-Con is now in the midst of a strong period of growth, and the brand has begun a strong foundation for prominence within Melbourne.
