With a growing and successful business, Optical In Sight, an optometrist practice, was seeking a new physical site and looking to grow their business. They had an existing database of clients that had grown through word of mouth and by doing quality work. One of the challenges the business faced was that they had never invested in proper marketing. Everything had been done on a need-by-need basis, which saw the brand identity confused and unable to communicate the right information to existing or potential customers.
By redefining the key values and beliefs of the business which had grown and changed over time, we could develop the branding, consolidate information, and redevelop their marketing. Through new website development, photography and videography, and the correct strategy, the result has been new customers, plus existing customers trying other services that they didn’t know Optical In Sight offered.
