The Philippine Consulate General in Melbourne highlighted the collaboration between Dröm Bakery and Dirty Ice Cream, two Melbourne-based brands committed to introducing Filipino signature flavors such as ube, keso, and avocado to the Australian market. The partnership is a direct outcome of the FilOz Flavours industry event held on 03 February 2025 by RW Marketing and Masterplan Global, in collaboration with the Consulate General, which aims to bring Filipino flavors and ingredients to Melbourne.
