Our client is the Victorian Chapter of Les Toques Blanches, and was established with the mission of developing both the culinary profession and industry through education and professional training. Les Toques Blanches incorporates various industry driven activities such as networking, the promotion of acceptable industry standards, professional training and development and the dealing of relevant industry issues.
The members of Les Toques Blanches are exclusive to top tier industry professionals and associates, providing a unique level of prestige within the industry.

Les Toques Blanches engaged with us in 2012, in a state of loss and diluted direction. The organisation was unable to accept and embrace change and development without additional assistance. Furthermore, Les Toques Blanches had minimal digital assets and failed to achieve its goals.

Starting with the organisation’s website, we began transforming it to meet the values and behavioural patterns of its current audience. We also transformed archaic paper-based submission systems into electronic processes to suit contemporary audience expectations. The consolidation of a database and its subsequent management, the building of a library of industry resource, along with an online bookings system were all firmly integrated into Les Toques Blanches’ digital assets.
Our work also spurned inter-organisational relationships for the business, growing a strong network of associate members and sponsors that would assist the business in achieving its goals. Additionally, we focussed on growing the Les Toques Blanches member base, which has expanded exponentially since the initiation of our strategies.
