Phelan is a civil contractor engaged in major and large scale construction projects, such as Bridges, Freeway Structures, Treatment Plants and more. Their operations are also environmentally conscious, with the aim of managing, minimising and preventing any adverse environmental impacts caused by their construction activities.
Phelan is a registered builder, possessing sought after engineering capabilities, site supervision and a trade based labour force of skilled and experienced carpenters, riggers, scaffolders, plant operators, concretors, steelfixers and labourers.
The organisation endorses industry growth, employing young aspiring individuals in support of their industry training. They also provide a safe and positive working environment for all employees, fellow workers and members of the public by having Occupational Health and Safety as an integral component of all their planning, procurement and daily work activities.
Design & Print
Phelan approached us to assist them in assembling their internal marketing documents. The purpose was to produce concise and effective tender documents that allowed them to showcase their projects to select clients. From an operational perspective, these documents stimulated brand recognition and cohesiveness. It also presented a sense of accountability and ownership of tender presentations to Phelan’s clients.
With intent of making it an additional branding and advertising tool, we created these document templates with Phelan’s established branding and corporate colours, achieving seamless integration of these documents into the client’s processes.
